It is always a dilemma when choosing what skincare to pack for a holiday. Usually, most people will be inclined to think only about the destination rather than what they are packing.
It is important to keep our skin hydrated while flying. This can be done by drinking plenty of water and using products that are designed to keep our skin hydrated. Additionally, a good quality face mask can help to reduce the effects whilst on a flight.
Sunny skies and warm weather can bring many concerns for the skin such as rosacea flare-ups, dryness, and breakouts. Changes in climate, combined with an increase in alcohol consumption and late nights, can disrupt the skin barrier, making it more prone to these issues.
Even when on holiday, whether it's a beach destination, city break or ski trip, it is still important to use your skincare as you would at home and of course SPF is the most important essential to pack. Make sure you are reapplying every two hours, especially after swimming or sweating.
